1. Services Provided
Galaxy Movers offers house shifting, office relocation, international relocation, car carrier, pet moving, and courier services across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
2. Booking & Quotes
Quotes provided over phone, WhatsApp, or the website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual volume, distance, floor access, and additional services requested on the day of the move.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for accurately declaring the contents being moved, including any fragile, valuable, or restricted items. Galaxy Movers is not liable for damage to items not properly declared or packed by the customer (if self-packed).
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms (advance/partial/full, cash or bank transfer) will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Balance payments are due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Liability & Insurance
Galaxy Movers takes reasonable care in handling all belongings. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, natural wear, or items of extraordinary value unless declared and insured in advance. Customers are encouraged to discuss insurance options for high-value items.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
7. Delays
While we aim to complete moves within the agreed timeframe, delays due to traffic, weather, permits, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by such delays.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishables, or livestock (except through our dedicated pet moving service).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
