I was very worried because it was the first time I was sending both my cats on such a long journey, however they handled everything SO professionally, kept me updated throughout the 24 hr+ journey and their representative was so caring with my cats. Both my cats were dropped off to my home safely. I would definitely consider them for any future pet travels. 10/10 recommended 💯”
